Hohner Morino Accordions are made in Germany. We are an Authorized Hohner accordion dealer. All accordions are thoroughly tested by our trained technicians for perfect playability before leaving our warehouse.
The Hohner Morino IV model features H II reed plates (for fine dynamic nuances for tutti as well as single voice playing), wood casing and wood keys for a natural and comfortable feel.
The tone chamber is inseparably associated with the Morino. It is an additional resonance chamber in the keyboard, which amplifies warm bass and mid range frequencies while simultaneously reducing shrill overtones. Its unique sound has always been the Morino's trademark.
The wooden core keyboard found in all Morinos features almost frictionless guide elements and is a true engineering feat. It not only ensures that each key has an exceptionally easy and precise action, but also reduces wear.
The Morino reeds are the highest quality we have seen and are hand finished, one at a time, by Hohner's master craftsmen in Germany. The bass blocks on this model are set at an optimum angle for quicker response.
