Description
Allows a small shank mouthpiece to be used on an instrument that requires a standard large shank mouthpiece, such as large bore tenor or bass trombones and euphoniums, French Horn to Mellophone. Not for use on old Elkhart Conn 88Hs with "Remington" receivers (for these, use 045889 instead). Recommended as a temporary measure only.
