- Valid tax-exempt certificate — issued by your state or the federal government. Must be current and not expired.
- Organization name match — the name on the certificate must match the organization name on your PlayMusic123.com account.
- Account email — include the email address of your registered account when submitting your certificate.

Shipping to Government & Educational Facilities
We ship to all government offices, school campuses, university buildings, military bases, and institutional facilities across the United States. Please note:
- APO / FPO military addresses: Orders ship via USPS only. Oversize items cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses due to USPS size restrictions.
- Freight deliveries: Large or oversize instrument orders ship via freight service. Please ensure your receiving facility can accept freight deliveries.
- Signature required: All orders of $200 or more require a delivery signature at the time of delivery.
- Multiple locations: Each shipping destination requires a separate order.
