Part of the D’Addario DIY Solderless Pedal Board Cable System, the D’Addario DIY Solderless Cable Tester makes it quick and easy to test cables for proper connections and shorts. The Cable Tester can be used for both ¼” mono audio cables and 2.1mm power cables and includes a convenient reference guide on the back of the unit. CR2032 battery included. DIY Cable Kit allows musicians to make their own custom-length instrument cable without the hassle and inconvenience of soldering. The cables are made by pushing the plugs firmly onto the cable and tightening a screw on the side of the plug. D'Addario cable is marked every foot for quick and precise measuring. A variety of plug styles enable virtually limitless options: pedalboards, effects racks, DJ cases, studio applications, etc
