Description
Symphonic and jazz players have long experimented with mouthpiece add-ons that add weight and mass to create a darker sound. The Bach Mega Tone takes this a step further: it starts from genuine Vincent Bach mouthpiece designs and doubles the outside mass, producing a darker sound and allowing the player to play louder without distortion. It slots extremely well for excellent pitch centering, and a slightly larger throat reduces resistance and adds flexibility, for a warmer, more powerful sound in concert, pop and jazz settings.
