How Much Does International Shipping Cost?
International shipping is calculated based on several factors including the desired service level (Standard/Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

What Is the Amount Of Duties And Taxes Charged On International Orders?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that we support. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.
Please note that you are responsible for all customs and duty charges along with any "additional" brokerage that may apply for complex customs-clearance procedures.
Canada Ground service does not include brokerage fees. You are responsible for all brokerage, customs and duty charges associated with the shipment.
How Will I Know the Total Cost of My International Order?
Send us an email with the list of items you wish to buy and provide your shipping address. PlayMusic123.com will calculate order total, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination. Please note that you are responsible for all customs and duty charges along with any "additional" brokerage that may apply for complex customs-clearance procedures.
What Payment Options Are Available for International Orders?
For orders shipping to other countries outside of the U.S., we support only Pay Pal with verified address.
How Can I Pay for My International Order?
Once your order is confirmed and you have agreed to the shipping costs, we will bill your account via PayPal, you will have to login into your PayPal account or create an account to complete payment.
PayPal accepts all VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, as well as Personal Checks and Back transfers.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Delivery to international destinations vary depending the location and shipping method. Once your order is confirmed we will provide an estimated delivery date.
Important: Due to custom procedures all International shipments require 10-30 days for delivery. Please contact your local post office for custom procedures and duty charges.
